摘要
介绍了有机氟树脂的结构与性能特征,分析了其对织物防水防油的机理,拒水拒油多功能整理剂DM-3640C用于棉府绸整理时,在较低用量下(DM-3640C 30 g/L,架桥剂DM-3911 4 g/L)即可获得优良的拒水拒油效果.拒水效果的连续性较好,电解质对拒水拒油效果的影响不明显,且具有较宽的pH值和温度适用范围.
The structures and performance features of the fluorocarbon resins are described, and their water-and oil-repellent mechanism on fabrics are analyzed. The water-and oil-repellent multi-functional finishing agent DM-3640C showed, when used on cotton poplin, good water-and oil-repellent results could be obtained at low dosage (30 g/L DM-3640C and 4 g/L coupling agent DM-3911), water-repellency continuousness was good, the electrolyte influence on water-and oil-repellency was not obvious and wide pH and temperature ranges were suitable.
