摘要
通过酒石酸钾钠、单宁酸、乙醇、甲醇四种还原剂还原Cr(Ⅵ)获得Cr(Ⅲ)配合物。通过盐雾试验、电化学试验研究了四种不同Cr(Ⅲ)配合物对三价铬钝化液性能的影响。结果表明:不同Cr(Ⅲ)配合物钝化出的产品,具有不同的耐腐蚀性能,其中酒石酸钾钠还原的Cr(Ⅲ)配合物钝化液性能最好;Cr(Ⅲ)配合物对三价铬钝化液性能起着最主要的作用。
Several kinds of Cr3+ complex compounds were prepared by reducing CrO3 using potassium sodium tartrate,tannic acid,ethanol,and methanol.The effect of the Cr3+ complex compounds on the performance of Cr3+ passivation solution was studied.The results showed that the Cr3+ complex compounds had dominant effect on the performance of Cr3+ passivation solution,and the passivation fluid containing Cr3+ complex compound obtained by reducing CrO3 using potassium sodium tartrate had the best performance.Besides,the zinc plated products treated by the passivation solutions containing different Cr3+ complex compounds showed difference in the corrosion resistance.
