桃仁、红花及其药对挥发油的气相-质谱分析

Analysis of naphtha in Semen Persicae,Flos carthami and its couplet medicines by GC-MS

目的:探讨桃仁、红花及其药对的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,GC-MS方法分析,GC面积归一化法测定挥发油中各成分的相对百分含量。结果:红花挥发油成分主要是十二烷酸、棕榈酸54种成分等。桃仁挥发油成分主要是苯甲醛6种成分等。药对桃仁红花挥发油主要成分是十二烷酸、苯甲醛、棕榈酸40种成分等。结论:药对(桃仁加红花)挥发油中主要成分基本是桃仁、红花各自单味药成分的叠加,但21种成分不存在于单提挥发油中。

To discuss the GC analysis of naphtha of Semen Persicae, Flos carthami and its couplet medicine （Semen Persicae plus Flos carthami）. METHODS： To determine the relative content of naphtha by vapour distill, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry and Chemometric Resolution Method and GC unitary area method. RESULTS ： The obtained naphtha of Flos carthami consisted of 54 constitutes such as dodecanoic acid and n-Hexa- decanoic acid. The obtained naphtha of Semen Persicas comprised 6 constitutes such as benzaldehyde. And the obtained naphtha of Semen Persicae plus Flos carthami possessed 40 coustitutes, such as dodecanoic acid, n-Hexadecanoic acid and benzaldehyde. CONCLUSION： The constitutes Semen Persicae plus Flos carthami are basical the linear addition of constitutes Semen Persicae and Flos carthami but 21 kinds of constitutes in the absence of both Semen Persicae and Flos carthami.
