摘要 以Eu3+掺杂YPO4为研究对象,通过简单水热法在200℃下制备了不同Eu3+掺杂浓度的YPO4纳米颗粒。采用X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜和荧光光谱对样品进行了表征,研究了Eu3+掺杂浓度对相结构、发光性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过调节掺杂Eu3+离子的浓度可以对样品的相结构进行调控。随着Eu3+掺杂浓度的提高,样品发生了从四方相到六方相,最后到单斜相的转变。因此通过不同Eu3+离子浓度的掺杂可以实现相结构的调控。荧光光谱测量发现所有发射均为Eu3+的f-f能级之间的特征跃迁,并且确定掺杂浓度为10%的样品具有最强的发光强度。 A series of Eu^3+ doped YPO4 nanocrystals were synthesized via hydrothermal reaction. The crystal structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images. The influences of doping concentration on the variations of crystal structure and luminescence properties were investigated. With increase of Eu^3+ concentration, the as-prepared Y1- x EuxPO4 ( x = 0% - 100% ) samples exhibited phase transitions from tetrahedral to hexagonal, and finally to be stabilized to monoclinic phase. It can be clearly seen that the phase control could be achieved by the modulation of Eu^3+ doping concentration. The photoluminescence measurements indicated that the narrow lines of the emission spectra could be readily indexed to the typical f-f transitions of Eu^3+ ions. And furthermore, the optimum doping concentration to obtain the most intense luminescent intensity was confirmed to be 10%.
