为达到吉林省乃至全国的速滑后备人才培养实施和可持续发展的战略目标,通过回顾吉林省近几年在全国速度滑冰重大赛事上的表现,采用与黑龙江省进行对比分析、问卷调查等方法,对影响吉林省速滑后备人才培养的项目布局、教练员水平、训练条件和运动员出路等问题,进行了深入的剖析,提出了实施"体教结合",提高教练员的素质和能力,完善、优化训练条件等促进吉林省速滑后备人才培养的对策和建议。

In order to effectively foster the reserve force of speed skating in Jilin province （ even in China） under the strategical purpose of sustainable development, through reviewing the performance of Jilin speed skating team in some important national competitions in recent years, with the methods of questionnaire and contrast with Heilongjiang team, the article has an in -depth analysis on the problems influencing the reserve force layout, the coaches＂ quality, the training condition, the skaters＂ future of speed skating in Jilin province. For Advancing to foster the reserve force of speed skating in Jilin province, it suggests some countermeasures to develop the coaches＂ quality and ability, to perfect and optimize the training condition.
