By analyzing some factors influencing the referee＇s spot judgement with their various behaviors from psychology in half- pipe snowboard competition, the article thinks these factors include affectivity, adulation, submission to majority, compromise, custom, fatigue which are interweaved among the referee and snowboarders and other referees. For the referee＇s right judgement training, it suggests to improve the referee＇s vocational conscience, correct their judgement motivation, reinforce their learning of judgement rules, develop a rounded referee evaluating and training system.
