摘要
由于成像设备及技术本身的限制,以及纤维跟踪算法的局限,准确刻画纤维结构遇到许多困难.本文在张量偏转(tensor deflection,TEND)算法基础上,提出了一种基于全张量及历史跟踪信息的适应性步长纤维跟踪算法.该算法结合纤维跟踪历史,利用全张量信息与相应的适应性步长值来计算纤维跟踪的前进方向.
Due to limitations of imaging devices and techniques, and of fiber tractography algorithms, it has been difficult to describe organization of white matter fiber accurately. An derivative tensor deflection algorithm based on full tensor and historic tracking information was introduced. This method could describe more accurately the direction of fiber structure.
