荆防泡腾片抗病毒的作用实验研究

An Experimental Investigation on Anti-virus Effect of Jingfang Effervescent Tablet

目的考察荆防泡腾片抗病毒作用。方法采用甲型、乙型流感病毒感染小鼠模型考察荆防泡腾片的体内抗病毒作用。结果荆防泡腾片可明显延长甲型、乙型流感病毒感染小鼠存活天数并可减少感染小鼠死亡率,中、大剂量组能明显降低甲型、乙型流感病毒感染小鼠的肺指数值;病理组织学检查:荆防泡腾片具有抗甲型、乙型流感病毒所致肺部感染疾病的作用;与病毒对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论荆防泡腾片对甲型、乙型流感病毒感染小鼠具有一定的保护作用,明显减轻甲型流感病毒所致肺部感染疾病的作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the anti- virus effect of Jingfang Effervescent Tablet. METHOD Mice models with type A and type B flu virus were used in the investigation. RESULT Jingfang Effervescent Tablet could markedly prolong the survival days of mice after virus infection and reduce infection rate and mortality. In the median and large dosage groups the lung indexes of the infected mice were greatly reduced. The result of pathological and histological exam showed that Jingfang Effervescent Tablet had anti- virus effect for infection in the lung of the animal models, with marked difference from the control group （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Jingfang Effervescent Tablet has protecting effect for mice infected with type A and type B flu virus and can markedly relieve the lung infection caused by flu virus infection.
