切眉术与眶脂取出术在眉下垂上睑松驰中应用

Application of eyebrow excision and orbital fat resection for downward eyebrow and blephroptosis

目的探索眉下垂,上睑松驰的理想术式。方法据眉下垂、上睑松驰以外1/3明显且多数上睑松驰者均伴有上睑眶脂脱出这一特点,将切除皮肤范围最宽处定在外眦角皮缘与眉峰点的垂直连线上,将下移的眉脂肪垫及松驰轮匝肌固定在眶骨膜上,伴上睑眶脂脱出者,在上睑缘外侧上方0.6cm开一小横切口取出眶脂。结果术后随访3mo-4年,均获得满意效果。结论此联合手术方式具有操作简单、安全、可靠、恢复快、效果显著、持久,不失为矫正眉下垂、上睑松驰的理想术式。

Objective To explore an ideal operative method for downward eyebrow and blephroptosis. Methods According to downward eyebrow and blephroptosis being noticeable on lateral 1/3 border, and blephroptosis often followed with bulgy orbital fat of upper eyelid , width of the excision was located on the distance between outer canthus and the top of eyebrow, then clumsy eyebrow fat pads and orbiculsris oculi muscle were fixed on orbital periosteum, bulgy orbital fat was resected through a little cut 0.6cm higher than the lateral border of upper eyelid. Results After 3 months to 4 years following up, the curative effects of all cases were satisfactory. Conclusions The combined operation is ideal for correcting downward eyebrow and blephroptosis, and characterized with simplification, safety, quick recovery , and significant effect.
