摘要
处于我国东部南北气候过渡带的洪汝河流域的砂姜黑土分布区,旱涝渍灾害频繁交替发生,造成农业生产长期低位徘徊不稳。从多个角度探讨了洪汝河流域砂姜黑土旱涝渍灾害的成因机理,认为特殊气候带的气象、水文条件以及典型的地形地貌、地质、土壤特性等是成灾的主要因素,人类活动不当又不同程度地促进了灾害发生和发展。旱涝渍灾害则是这些内外因素的综合效应。考虑到不同影响因素,提出了灾害防治的对策。
The dark soils with lime concretion area of Hongru river basin locates in the north and south climate transition belt in eastern China. The drought & flood & waterlogging disaster occurs frequently in this area, which leads to long-term unsteadily hovering in low level of agricultural production. The reasons of drought & flood & waterlogging disaster in dark soils with lime concretion area of Hongru river basin are discussed from multi view in this paper. It is considered that the meteorological and hydrology conditions in special climate belt, the typical terrain, geology, and soil characteristic, and so on, are the primary factors for the disaster. The improper human activity promotes the occurrence and development of the disaster in different degree. The countermeasures considering different influencing factors are put forward in the end.
