我国高水平运动员退役再就业的实践研究

The Practical Research about the Reemployment of High Level Athletes' Retirement

随着社会的发展,国家劳动人事制度的重大改革,高水平运动员退役再就业问题成为体育界讨论的热点问题。运用问卷调查、专家访谈等多种方法,从社会背景对运动员再就业的影响因素进行探究,分析了运动员再就业的现状及原因,得出了运动员再就业的相应对策。在坚持政策安置的基础上,鼓励优秀运动员退役后通过组织推荐、考试等形式进入大学接受教育,加快体教结合的步伐,推进职业技能的培训,大力提倡自谋职业。

With the development of society and the import reform of the nation labors, the high level athletes＇ reemployment arrangement after retirement has become the foces of the atheletics field. Taking the methods of questionnaires interviewing exporter ect, from background of reemployment arrangement about athletes＇ retirement and athletes＇ occupation, the thesis analyzes the reason, and obtains some countermeasures. Insisting on policy＇s arrangement, it encourages athletes to inter the university to receive education from the organization recommendation and examination ect, accelerating the common step of the PE and education, raining of professional skill and advocating to seek jobs themselves.
