摘要
为了探讨形体训练对女大学生的健身作用及身体姿态的影响。从浙江科技学院随机抽取女学生200名学生。其中实验组100名,对照组100名。同时对实验组100名学生进行为期一学年的形体训练。实验结果显示:形体训练可以提高女大学生的柔韧性;减少皮下脂肪含量,增大去脂体重;三围较实验前更接近标准。充分说明形体训练能够有利于塑造优美的身材,显示女性的曲线美。
200 women undergraduates from Zhejiang university of science and technology, 100 of them accept eurythmics trainning for one year to find the effect of eurythmics trainning on their body shape and health. The result indicates that eurythmics trainning could increase women undergraduate's limb flexibility and lean bady mass, decrease their fat of body, the three lines of bodes are closer to the ideal standard. All those indicate sufficiently that eurythmics trainning could better the shape of body, indicate the beauty of feminine curve.
