力量训练与耐力训练中骨骼肌细胞生化适应的差异

摘要 近年来运动分子生物学的研究显示,力量训练与耐力训练之间存在相互影响作用。文章综述了两种训练引起的骨骼肌细胞适应性变化。主要涉及力量训练引起骨骼肌肥大的分子机制,有氧耐力运动引起骨骼肌细胞线粒体功能提升的分子机制。讨论了这两种不同的适应性变化之间存在的相互影响。最后从分子机理层面简要阐述了两种训练的保健作用。 Recently, several studies showed that strength and endurance training affected each other. This paper reviews the adaptation of skeletal muscle cell which induced by sport training . It is main about the molecular mechanism of muscle enlargement induced by strength training and the molecular mechanism of skeletal muscle mitochondrial function upgrade induced by endurance training. In addition, we introduce the interactions of the two different adaptations. Finally, we simply interpreted the molecular mechanism of the health protection effects of two kinds of training.
