摘要
核心稳定性作为运动功能的重要组成部分,是整个运动过程中由身体核心区维持身体平衡,产生力量,并传递至四肢远端,完成动作的基础。文章综述了核心稳定性的基本定义,描述了核心肌肉的解剖学、生理学和生物力学特点,简要介绍了核心稳定性的训练方法,核心稳定性的评价方法和康复治疗方案。以期为教练员、运动员和科研人员以及队医提供一个更好的训练视角,减少运动损伤的发生,提高运动成绩。
We proposed that core stability, as a critical part of athletic function, including the central body core for stabilization , force generationand transferion to far limbs in all sports activities. This article provided a general functional definition of core stability, which related to the scope of anatomy, physiology and blomechanics of core muscles, Some methods of judging, improving the core stability and rehabilitation were discussed here. All athletic works should attach much more importance to core satability, to reduce sports indury and improve performance.
