摘要 为了解决工业现场控制以及仿真研究中普遍存在的隐式方程在线求解这一难题,从数学方程本身特性以及反馈控制原理两方面入手,设计出两种各具特色的求解模型。在组态软件PineCAD上实现模型的搭建,并通过实验证明其可靠性与准确性。针对实验中出现的以及可能存在的问题,提出了根据实际情况综合利用两种求解方式同时引入报警信号等有效改进方案加以解决。 The problem of on-line solution for implicit equation normally existing in industrial control and simulation studies, starting from equation's own features an feedback principle two aspects, two kinds of models for solution with special features for each other were designed. The models were established on simulation software. Pine CAD and via experiments to prove the reliabity and correctness. For problems arising or maybe existing in the experiments, according to actual situations two solution methods in synthetic use and in meantime leading in alarm signal etc effective improvement plans to solve were raised.
