摘要
为减小桥形触头的接触电阻,降低温升,对DW450-1600万能式断路器的桥形触头结构进行了改进设计。介绍了改进前后桥形触头的结构及主要优缺点,给出了其结构图及改进前后断路器的温升表。结果表明,改进后有效降低了进出线端温升,动热稳定性好,拆卸方便,完全满足了设计要求同时,减少了铜材的使用量,降低了成本。;
In order to reduce contacting resistance of bridge shaped contact and lower down temperature rise, improvement design was carried out for DW450-1600 universal circuit breaker bridge shaped structure. Introduction was made to the structures and main advantages and disadvantages of the bridge shaped contacts before and after improvements, having given out the structural diagrams and temperature rise lists of the circuit breakers before and after improvements. Results show that afger improvement in and out ends temperature rise is effectively reduced, good in dynamic stability, convenient im dismounting, completely meeting design requirements; and in the meantime copper material quantity uses is reduced and as well as the cost.
