氧化硅-锗系统中缺陷的形成及转换

摘要 应用光吸收和电子顺磁共振等方法,对溶胶-凝胶法制得的氧化硅-锗玻璃的异常光吸收现象进行了实验研究,分析了掺铝氧化硅-锗玻璃光敏中心及其转化过程,并对紫外光辐照条件下氧化硅-锗玻璃中顺磁中心[GeO4-/Li+]0的形成及其性质进行了探讨.结果表明,在掺铝样品中发生了从锗相关的氧缺陷中心到E′中心的光化学转换. An abnormal optical absorption of germanium-silicate sol-gel derived glass was investigated with optical absorption and electronic paramagnetic resonance. The photosensitive centre and transitions between them are studied in aluminum doped sample. The stable paramagnetic center [GeO4^-/Li^+]^0 is obtained and possible interpretation on the defect formation is proposed. The results show that the photochemical transition of Ge from oxygen deficient centre to the E' centre has occurred in the aluminum doped sample.
