摘要
南水北调东线一期工程抽水用电量大,研究东线工程利用峰谷电价减少工程运行电费具有积极意义。在东线一期工程可行性研究报告等资料的基础上,依据规划确定的水量调配和湖泊运用原则,计算了东线一期工程利用峰谷电价减少抽水电费的空间,并分析了主要影响因素。认为东线一期工程利用峰谷电价减少抽水电费有较好效益,但不同区段的效益是不同的,受沿线来水影响较大,建议由运行管理单位根据不同区段的实际情况,分别制定切实可行的运行方案。
The electricity-consumption to pump water is great in the Eastern Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion. Research on the project using peak-valley electricity price to reduce the operation power charge has active significance. Based on the feasibility report of the Eastern Route Project, according to the affirmed principle of the water di,,ersion and lake management, the reduced range of power charge to pump water using peak-valley electricity price is calculated,and the main influence factors are analyzed. The results show that there is a great benefit to the project using peak-valley electricity price, which is different in different sections, and it's influenced by the incoming flow greatly along the route. It's advised that the management and operation departments of the project should make feasible operation plan separately on the fact in different sections.
