摘要
根据水利工程所在流域水文资料情况对设计洪水推求方法进行分类和总结,并对邯郸市马头生态工业城的设计洪水进行分析计算。根据工程所在流域实际地理、水文等特点,将流域分为4个分区,利用降雨和流量资料推求出工程所在区域不同分区的设计洪水,而后利用马斯京根法和流量过程叠加原理得到目标断面设计洪峰流量1 132 m3/s,该结果与历史洪水和以往设计成果进行对比验证,确定计算结果合理可靠,符合未来洪水变化情势。该分析对其他工程设计洪水的推求具有重要参考意义。
Based on hydrological data in basin area,the calculation methods of the design flood are classified and summarized. The design flood of Eco-industrial Parks in Handan is studied in the paper. According to characteristics of hydrology and geography in the area of Eco-industrial Parks,the basin is divided into four subareas and the design floods in different subzones are calculated using precipitation and runoff data. Then the general design flood with flood peak of 1132m^3/s is gained by Muskingum method and superimposed theory of runoff. The calculated result is reasonable and reliable and according with the future flood situation by comparing with historical flood and previous design results. The analysis has great reference significance for the design flood analysis of other projects.
