根据陕西电网水电厂运行特点,结合电力市场运行要求,详细分析了水电厂发电权置换对解决当前电力市场运营及贯彻国家节能减排政策面临主要问题的重要作用。
Based upon the operation features of hydropower plants in Shaanxi power grid, and requirements for power market, this paper scrutinizes and analyzes the swap of generation rights for hydropower plants and its important functions for solving the current problems in power market operation and carrying out the state＇s policy in energy conservation and emission-reduction.
