摘要 生物医药领域对高性能质谱技术的迫切需求,恰好为集高分辨率、高质量准确度和高灵敏度为一体的傅立叶变换质谱仪(FT-MS)提供一个施展才华的大舞台。近十年来,在质谱类仪器中,傅立叶变换质谱仪的市场增长速度最快,特别是近几年推出的混合型傅立叶变换质谱仪已经成为世界著名生物实验室的重要工具。我国一些主要实验室已经装备了此类仪器,还有许多单位正在引进。但在所有质谱仪器中,傅立叶变换质谱仪是最昂贵和最复杂的仪器,本文力争全面地介绍混合型傅立叶变换质谱仪器的最新进展、原理、结构、显著特点及其在生物医药领域中的重点应用,希望有助于它的进一步应用发展。 Modern bio - medical field' s development is heavily dependent on rapid and insightiul analytical methods. The high mass accuracy and resolution of Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry ( FT - MS) is making it an increasingly useful tool in this field. Although FT - MS is not a high - throughput method in the traditional sense, previously difficult and complex problems are being efficiently approached using steadily improving instruments. Here a new powerful tool, Hybrid FT - MS, is reviewed including the development, basic principle, apparatus, characteristic of technology, and mainly applied fields.
