摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定中药降脂颗粒、中药降糖胶囊中微量元素的含量,总结微量元素与药效的关系。该法灵敏度高,检出限低、精密度良好,用于国家标准物质的测定结果准确,RSD为0.12%～2.79%。结果表明ICP-MS是测定中成药中微量元素的有效方法。
ICP - MS was apptied to determine the content of trace etements in Chinese patent medicine of hypolipidemic granule and hypoglycemic capsule, and summarize the relationship between trace elements in Chinese patent medicine and therapeutic action. The method has high sensitivity accuracy and low LOD. RSD is 0. 12 -2.79%. The result showed that ICP -MS is an effective method to determine trace elements in Chinese patent medicine.
