Application of Macro Compiled by Agilent Enhanced Chemstation to the Rapid Analysis of Pesticide Residue

针对GC/MS化学工作站农药残留分析编写宏程序。介绍宏命令的变量、结构及功能,重点论述其在谱库检索中的应用。通过宏程序,减少了GC/MS农药残留库检索繁琐步骤,有效的提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,节省了分析时间,对化学工作站其他功能的开发利用具有借鉴和指导意义。

The establishment of a macro program in the GC/MS chemical workstation for analysis of pesticide residue is described. This paper introduced the macro instruction variables, structures and functions, elaborated the application of macro program in library search of GC/MS pesticide residues with emphasis. By using macro, it reduced cumbersome steps in library search, increased the work efficiency, reduced the labor intensity, saved analysis time, and has given the model and the reference regarding the development of many other functions of the chemical workstation.
