The Part 3 of on the Spot Report of Testing Prediction of M S≥7 0 Earthquake Activities of Mainland in China and Its Vicinity in 1995

记述了利用“八五”攻关成果和以往自制的办法对１９９６年度（１９９５－１０—１９９６－０９）中国及邻区ＭＳ≥７．０地震活动大形势与华北地区的试验预报的情况，指出取地震密集带走势曲线作为对称模式的理想应力线而得到的预测区比以往只做纯数学对称要符合实际得多。

In this paper,the temporal and spatial evolution of M S≥7 0 earthquake activities of mainland in China and its vicinity in 1995,and the actual behaviour of testing prediction for earthquake activity in North China(30°～42°N,105°～125°E)have been recounted.Some improvement opinon for the past prediction methods have been proposed.
