摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定大豆幼苗各器官中葫芦巴碱含量的结果表明:子叶期的子叶中葫芦巴碱含量高于根;对生真叶期间,葫芦巴碱含量大小依序为,真叶>子叶>根;三出复叶期间,葫芦巴碱含量大小依序为,三出复叶>真叶>子叶>茎和根.
TrigoneUine content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in different organs of soybean during seedling stage. The results showed that trigonelline content of soybean cotyledon at the cotyledon stage was higher than that of root. At the two true-leaf stage of soybean, trigonelline contents from high to low were true-leaf 〉 cotyledon 〉 root; at trifoliate stage of soybean, trigoneUine contents from high to low were trifoliate 〉 true-leaf 〉 cotyledon 〉 stem and root.
