试析新中国成立后中共中央关于老区政策的演变

A Tentative Analysis of the Evolution of the Central Authorities' Policy Towards The Old Base Areas after the Founding of New China

老区是中国共产党和中国革命的摇篮,它为中国共产党和中国革命的发展壮大作出了巨大贡献。新中国成立后,中共中央采取了一系列政策和措施,以有效解决老区的发展问题。本文系统地梳理了50多年来中共中央对老区的政策演变,在此基础上总结了老区治理的经验,并针对其存在的问题提出相关对策。

The old base areas are the cradle of the CPC and the Chinese revolution and made tremendous contributions to the growth and development of the Party and revolution. After the founding of New China, the central authorities adopted a series of policies and measures in order to effectively solve the problems related to the development of these areas. This paper makes a systematic study of the evolution of the policies of the central authorities towards the old base areas over the past fifty years and more, summarizes on this basis the experience of governance of these areas and puts forward relevant ways and means for the solution of existing problems,
