土地立法与山西新区土地改革

Land Legislation and the Movement of Land Reform in the New Liberated Areas of Shanxi

土地改革是中国共产党在民主革命时期的基本任务,也是共产党获得农民的支持、最后战胜国民党的强大法宝。中共在老解放区一系列农村土地法规性政策的出台,极大地推动了土地改革运动的发展。山西新区的土地改革,借鉴了老解放区土改中运用土地立法的经验,制定了一系列相应的区域性政策文件,并在此指导下保障了土地改革运动的顺利进行。

The land reform was one of the basic tasks of the Communist Party of China during the democratic revolution and also a powerful weapon for the CPC to win the support from the peasants and to ultimately defeat the Kuomintang. The introduction of a series of statutory policies with regard to land in the rural areas by the Party in the old liberated areas greatly promoted the development of land reform movement. In the course of land reform in the new liberated areas of Shanxi the relevant authorities drew on the experience of the old liberated areas in land legislation and worked out a set of relevant policy documents that guaranteed the smooth progress of the movement of land reform.
