摘要
本文根据软件工程的原理和方法阐述了县级泥石流信息系统的建立过程,并讨论了其应用,主要包括数据库管理系统的应用,用图形库的应用,系统支持下的泥石流危险度分区,泥石流两类分别判别模式的建立。
Debris flow is one of he main natural hazards in mountations areas. An annual economic loss brought about by debris flows is more than two hundred million yuan in China.To design a debris flow information system in county grade can provide a strategy for prevention and control of debris flows and put forward a decision support for governments.Debris flow hazards are serious in Danba county, Sichuan province. There are 81 debris flow gullies in the county, and 5 of them endanger the county town. Debris flow information system in county grade can directly serve for reducing debris flow hazards in the county. According to the rnethod of software engineering, the system designing includes five steps, i. e. system analysis, general designing, detailed designing, coding designing and software management. The application of the system main1y included database management system, map management system, zoning of debris flow hazards, and two types of identification models of debris flows. The system can be run in PC486, so its application prospect is vast' The system will p1ay an important role in reduction of debris flow hazards and econmic development in mountainous area.
