摘要
本文主要论述了14C年代测定中用氯化钙代替氯化锶制备乙炔的理论依据和实验流程.并对实验结果进行了分析。
Generally,the transformation rate from sample carbon to benzene can be stabilized over 70% based on the traditional magnesiulm method to prepare acetylene. In order to obtain sufficient benzene,an amount of strontium over 2OOg is meeded in each experiment.Strontium chloride is expensive. Therefore, to replace strontium chloride by a cheap chemical reagent is a new subject faced by the laboratory technicians of 14C dating. This paper discusses mainly the theoretical basis, technological process of the experiment, and resu1t ana1ysis of replacing strontium chloride by calcium chloride to prepare acetylene for l'C dating. The resu1ts show that the theoretical basis is sufficient and the experiment is feasible in the preparation of acetylene with ca1cium chloride to replace strontium chloride.Because calcium chloride is much cheaper than strontium ch1oride, the cost of 14C dating can be greatly reduced. However the productivity of benzene is not so high, which needs to be further improved.
