奶牛前后盘吸虫虫种调查与感染动态分析

Species investigation of Paramphistomum spp. and analysis of its infection trends in dairy cattle at Hongya

对西南地区奶牛集聚量最大的洪雅区域内奶牛前后盘吸虫虫种进行了调查,经剖检或药物驱虫后采集虫体,制成玻片标本鉴定,结果该区域内寄生于奶牛的前后盘吸虫有10个种,分布于2科4属。为研究该区域内奶牛前后盘吸虫病的感染动态,将一批约1000头奶牛投入该区域,按当地奶牛场饲养模式饲养,分别于2003年3、10月份和2004年3、6、8、10月份对该群奶牛抽样检测其前后盘吸虫病的感染率及病情程度,感染率分别为10.0%、35.7%、82.0%、80.0%、84.0%、86.0%,EPG均值分别为79、160、175、175、177、180,结果分析表明在该区域饲养1年后,该群奶牛的前后盘吸虫病的感染率增加了72.0个百分点,但病情程度增加不显著。

Paramphistome bodies were collected from Holstein and Simental dairy cows at Hongya. A part of them was made into slide samples and then identified in taxonomy. The result showed that there were 10 species, C. skrjabini, C. calicophorum, P. cervi,P.gotoi,P. gracile,C,streptocoelium,C.dicranocoelium,C,longicoelium,C,scoliocoelium and H.paloniae , belonging to 4 genuses and 2 families,For study on the infective trend of paramphistomiasis in Hongya condition, a flock of about 1 000 dairy cattle fiom other area was put into this area in the end of 2002 and then were normally raised by the local method. Its paramphis-tome infestation situation was investigated in March, October 2003, and March, June, August and October 2004, respectively. The in-festative rate was 10.0% ,35.7% ,82.0% ,80.0% ,84.0% and 86.0% and the value of average EPG was 79,160,175,175, 177 and 180,in turn.This indicated the infestative rate increased by 72 percentages during first year at Hongya condition.
