How to analyze the problems caused by operations？ This paper attempts to analyze the problems from the running mechanism of the social affection and the results of Financial Management among central bank, commercial bank and AMC after operations. Analysis based on the way of Asset securitization proclaims the problems of Asset securitization, finally draws a reasonable explanation and conclusion.
