摘要
为提高唐钢超薄热带生产线的生产能力,对提速轧制工艺改进方案进行了分析探讨。在保证轧机以及传动系统安全的前提下,通过更改轧制工艺,提高了轧制速度,加快了轧制节奏,实践效果证明:新工艺可节省轧制单卷时间,节约煤气量,增加了加热炉缓冲时间,显著提高日产水平。
Aims at increasing the prouction capacity of the steel UTSP production line of Tang. It analysed the scheme of technical improvement. In ahead of guarantee the system safety of the machine, the system speed has been speeding-up though the technical improvement and rolling rhythm has been accelerated. It proved thought that the new technical practice has incremented buffer time of mill furance and saved rolling time and coal gas. The prouction per day has been greatly increased.
