摘要 针对唐山建龙公司生产大断面宽度铸坯时,二次冷却出现喷淋效果差及质量缺陷等问题,介绍了对板坯连铸二次冷却系统改造的主要措施,改造后提高了铸坏质量,降低了维修成本及故障时间,提升了产量,取得显著经济效益。 During our production of the big cross section and wide slab, the quality and defect problems appear, and the effect is not very good. The paper mainly discusses the measures of the transformation practice of the continuous casting slab of the secondary spray cooling in Tangshan Jianlong Company. After the transformation the quality of the casting slab has been improved, and at the same time the cost of the maintenance has been decreased, and the output has been improved. We achieve a great economic benefit.
