介绍了邯钢HERR—VOSS窄带延伸机使用现状,针对其使用以来出现的故障,分析了噪音、中间辊磨损及万向联轴器损坏发生的原因,提出了详细的现场改进措施。
Introduce HERR-VOSS Strand Extensioner＇s running stuation which installed in HanDan steel and iota group, Aim at all the failures since project start-up, analyze the reason of the failure about noise, the abrasion of middle rolls and the breakage ofcoumpling shaft, take out the way of ameliorate in detail which be used on site.
