摘要
唐钢1680mm超薄带钢生产线中带卷打包是整条生产线的倒数第二个环节,设备选用了两套由日本KOHAN KOGYO CO.,LTD生产的成套打包机。针对打包机在工作中容易发生的故障,结合生产实践经验,分析总结了相应的处理和保养方法,保证了打包机的正常生产节奏。
The coil banding is the second of reciprocal process in Tang steel 1680mm ultra thin hot strip project. It has two sets of banding machines made in KOHAN KOGYO CO.,LTD.,JAPAN. Against the common troubles of banding machine,associated with the experience in production practice, we analyze and summarize the relevant methods of solvement and maintenance to guarantee the banding machine working well.
