改良分段剥扎加内括约肌部分离断术治疗环状混合痔196例

The Improved Procedure of Segmental Dissection and Ligation plus Partial Incision of Internal Sphincter in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoide. Analysis of 196 cases

为提高环状混合痔手术治疗的效果，采用改良分段剥扎加内括约肌部分离断术治疗环状混合痔196例。全部病例均一次性手术治愈，平均愈合时间20d，同时明显减轻了术后疼痛、继发性大出血、肛门狭窄、肛门感觉性失禁等并发症的发生。

The objective of the study was to improve the therapeutic efficacy of the circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. One hundred ninety six patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent the improved procedure of segmental dissection and ligation plus partial incision of internal sphincter（PSDL plus HIS）. Results showed that all the 196 cases were cured by primary treatment,the mean healing period of time was 20 days. It was also revealed that PSDL plus HIS could ensure less postoperative pain,secondery massive bleeding, anal stricture, sensory fecal incontinence, etc.
