PPH治疗痔脱垂68例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on the Treatment of 68 Cases of Prolapsed Hemorrhoids

探讨痔上黏膜环切钉合术治疗痔脱垂的临床疗效。对68例痔脱垂患者采用PPH治疗，平均手术时间（19．0±5．6）min，平均住院时间5d，治愈率98．5％，有效率100％，未出现严重的并发症。结果表明，PPH手术治疗痔脱垂安全有效，可明显缩短手术时间，住院时间短，恢复快，并发症少。

The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects of PPH on prolapsed hemorrhoids. The 68 patients with this disease were subjected to PPH,their avcrage operation time was （19.0± 5.6）min,average duration of hospitalization stay was 5 days;the response rate, was 100% ,curative rate was 98.5% ,no severe complication was found. There results show that PPH for prolapsed hemorrhoids is safe, effective therapy,it can significantly shorten operation time and hospitalzation stay time,also with faster recovery and less complication.
