摘要
采用改良Milligan-Morgan术式治疗33例Ⅲ，Ⅳ期混合痔结果与传统Milligan-Morgan术式比较，术后并发症发生率显著下降，愈合时间缩短一半，随访半年未发现后遗症。结果表明，改良Milligan-Morgan术式治疗混合痔具有痛苦少、恢复快、效果好等优点。
This study summarized the experience on the treatment of Ⅲ Ⅳstage mixed hemorrhoids by using improved Milligan-Morgan procedure. 33 cases with mixed hemorrhoids of Ⅲ Ⅳ stage underwent the operation of improved Milligan-Morgan procedure. Compared with the cases underwent the traditional operation of Milligan-Morgan,the complication rate were reduced markedly,and the periods of recovery were shortened nearly half. No sequelae was found during 6 months of follow-up. The results showed that improved Milligan-Morgan procedure has such strong points as less suffering, quiker recovery and good efficacy, etc.
