溃结方配合穴位注射治疗溃疡性结肠炎65例

Self-designed KuiJie Formula plus Point Injection in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis of 65 Cases

观察溃结方配合穴位注射治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。将125例患者随机分为两组。治疗组65例，采用自拟溃结方口服配合维生素B1、甲钴胺、刺五加穴位注射；对照组60例，采用柳氮磺吡啶（SASP）口服配合锡类散保留灌肠治疗。结果显示，治疗组与对照组总完全缓解率分别为92．3％和70．0％（P〈0.05），有效率分别为100％和98．3％；持续完全缓解率治疗组86．7％，对照组78．6％（P〉0.05）；治疗4周后各项观察指标积分，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结果显示溃结方配合穴位注射治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

For the objective of investigating clinical effects of the therapy of self-design KuiJie Formula plus point injection for ulcerative colitis（UC）,authors random divided 125 patients into two groups： treatment group（65 cases） and controlled group（60 cases）. The patients of treatment group were orally administered KuiJie Formula and subjected to point injection of Vit B1, mecobalamine and Acanthopanax Senticosus ;While controlled group was orally administered SASP and subjected to retention enema with XiLeiSan（power for treating throat diseases）. Results showed that in total complete relief rate, response rate;rate of persistently relief in treatment group and in controlled group were 92.3% vs 78.3%,100% vs 98.3%（P〈0.05）;86.7% vs 78.7%（P〉0.05）. In all observed index score later 4 weeks after treatment, treatment group were significantly superior to controlled group（ P〈0.05）. These results show that above therapy of KuiJie Formula plus pointinjection has significant therapeutic effects for UC.
