摘要 学习者群体内聚力是影响学习型社会中学习型组织存在、学习绩效的重要因素。本文以自我决定理论为指导、通过对"开放的学习与科研共同体"中的学习者进行"关系支持"的实验,研究了学习型社会中关系支持与群体内聚力之间的关系。 A learning organization is the basic unit in a learning society. Learners' group cohesion is the key factor affecting the existence, achievements and efficiency of any learning organization. Recently, group cohesion has attracted much attention in Social Psychology, Education Psychology and Management. The focus is more on group cohesion in real life than in virtual reality. In order to study the relation between group cohesion and the inter-relationship and support among learners, guided by self determination theory, the author experimented on an open learning and research community. 96 volunteer testees were divided into 5 control groups and 5 reference groups according to their own interest. All testees took part in the learning activities in the community. The experiment lasted for 5 weeks. 6 tests, based on the Group Cohesion Index by psychologist Scoff, are administered to all group members.The study result shows that self determination theory, esp. the three basic needs of autonomy, relationship and competency, is of great help in constructing learning environments in a learning society. The inter-relationship and support is very important in the existence of any learning organization, and its achievements.
