简要地介绍6110车用柴油机蠕铁缸盖的熔炼、蠕化处理工艺和铸型工艺。1998年以前为冲天炉熔炼,分别采用过稀土硅铁合金出铁槽冲入法处理工艺、稀土硅化物出铁槽冲入法处理工艺和低镁稀土硅铁镁蠕化剂包内处理工艺,其时采用1410微震压实造型机造型,铸型工艺为侧面进铁,顶部设置冷冒口。用此工艺批量生产约15年,废品率一直维持在20%~25%。自1998年开始采用冲天炉与感应电炉双联熔炼,HWS静压线造型,MECANA全自动浇注机浇注,包内冲入-引爆法蠕化处理(稀土硅铁为蠕化剂,稀土硅铁镁为搅拌剂),铸型工艺进行了较大的改进:采用顶置长方形压边冒口,并经由冒口进铁。此工艺10年的生产实践表明,总废品率明显降低,一般稳定在7%左右。
The iron melting process, vermicularizing treating process and casting method of the vermicular iron cylinder head of 6110model vehicle diesel engine were introduced briefly. Before 1998, the cupola was adopted for iron melting, three different processes had been adopted for vermicularizing treating: RESiFe alloy was adopted as vermiculizing agent and added into the laundry during iron tapping; RESi compound was adopted as vermiculizing agent and added into the laundry during iron tapping; low magnesium-REMgSiFe alloy was adopted as vermiculizing agent and added into ladle before tapping, pour over process was adopted for vermicularizing. Moulds were made with 1410 model jolting plus squeezing moulding machine. The casting was gated at one of its side surfaces and a big cold riser was set on its top. This casting method was used in batch production for about 15 years, and the casting rejection rate was always kept at 20%-25%. Since 1998, the cupola-induction furnace duplex process was adopted for iron melting, HWS Seiatsu moulding line ( air flow preeompaetion plus hi-pressure squeezing) was adopted for making moulds, MECANA automatic pouring machine for moulds pouring, the vermieularizing treating process has been changed into pour over-triggering process with RESiFe alloy as vermicularing agent and RESiFeMg alloy as triggering-agitating agent. The casting method has been completely changed: tree rectangular top Connor (kiss) feeders were adopted, and the casting was gated though the feeders. The production praetiee for about 10 yeas has showed that the general casting rejection rate has been obviously reduced and kept at about 7%.
