摘要
为了给汽车发动机镁合金缸盖罩选择最佳浇注系统和最佳工艺参数,利用JSCAST软件对铸件的压铸过程进行了数值模拟,并根据模拟结果逐步改进浇注系统,最终确定了合理的压铸浇注系统和最优的工艺参数,为模具设计提供了依据。
In order to optimize the gating system and process parameters for a magnesium alloy cylinder head cover casting of an automobile engine, the JSCAST software was adopted to simulate the die-casting process of the casting, and based on the simulation results, the gating system was improved step by step. As a result, the optimal gating system and process parameters was finally determined.
