充血性心力衰竭患者血清白细胞介素-8水平变化及其与肿瘤坏死因子-α的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平的变化及其与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的相关性。方法:对100例CHF患者和50例健康体检者进行血清IL-8和TNF-α测定。结果:与对照组比较,CHF组血清IL-8和TNF-α水平均升高,而且心功能越差,血清IL-8水平越高;IL-8与TNF-α水平的相关系数为0.229,P<0.05。结论:CHF患者血清IL-8与TNF-α水平呈正相关,共同参与了CHF的病理过程。
