摘要
在分析影响转向盘转向力矩大小因素的基础上,建立了汽车转向力矩模型,通过动力学仿真和电动助力转向台架试验,确定了车辆载荷与转向盘转向力矩的对应关系。结合车辆载荷、速度和转向盘力矩三个方面的因素给出了设计电动助力转向系统(EPS)时的新型助力特性曲线,试验与仿真结果表明,在新型助力特性曲线基础上设计的EPS控制器具有更好的操纵效果。
Based on analysis of affecting the assist characteristics, a model for steering torque of vehicle was built up. The relation between steering torque and load of vehicle was ensured through dynamics simulation and electric power steering test bed. The new assist characteristics of electric power steering system was made sure under the effect of load of vehicle, speed and steering torque. The experimental and simulation results show that the characteristics of controller designed under new assist characteristics are better.
