高压氧对高原移居者脑-体生理能力改善的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究高压氧对高原移居者脑-体生理能力改善与保留时间的影响。方法选择初入海拔3700m高原的男性健康青年60名,年龄17~23岁,平均(21.3±1.3)岁。其中30人进行高压氧处理,另外30人不做任何处理;高压氧处理的30人又分为A1组(20人)和B1组(10人)。未做任何处理的30人也分为2组,即A2组(20人)和B2组(10人)。A1组和A2组继续登高直至5000m以上(5100~5380m)目的地,第5天在静息状态下实施各项目检测。B1组和B2组在海拔3700m停留。第5天进行负荷运动10min后实施各项目检测。采用DDX-200型电脑多功能心理、生理能力测试仪及YZB6型强光源直接眼底镜观察视网膜动态,应用暗房夜光表法检测光觉暗适应功能,ASC-545型血氧仪器检测动脉血氧饱和度。结果右手左脚和左手右脚交叉动作A1组正确次数显著多于A2组(均为P〈0.01),A1组暗适应时间明显短于A2组(P〈0.05),A1组SaO:显著高于A2组(P〈0.05)。视网膜检测结果显示A1组比A2组缺氧程度轻。右手左脚和左手右脚交叉动作B1组正确次数显著多于B2组(P〈0.05),B1组暗适应时间明显短于B2组(P〈0.05),B1组SaO:显著高于B2组(P〈0.05)。视网膜检测结果显示B1组比B2组缺氧程度轻。结论高压氧处理有效地改善和提高了移居海拔3700m和5000m以上人员的脑-体生理能力,抗低氧效果显著。 Objective To investigate effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on brain -body physiological functions of immigrators who immigrated from chafnpaign to different altitude plateau. Methods Sixty-healthy young men who immigrated to 3700 metres plateau before long were selected as subjects, who was 17 to 23 years old ( average age 21.3 ± 1.3 ). Sixty subjects were divided into two groups: one group treated with HBO and another one not treated with HBO. The former was randomly divided into A1 (n =20) and B1 groups (n = 10), and the latter, A2 group(n =20) and B2 group(n = 10). After 5 days when the young men in A1 and A2 groups had continued ascending at over 5000 metres altitude (5100-5380 m), all indexes were examined under the quiescent condition. After 10 minutes when the young men in B1 and 132 groups had done load exercise on the sixth day at 3700 metres altitude, all indexes were examined. DDX-200 computer-aided multi-function psychological-physiological test machine and YZ-B6 high-light source direct funduscope were used to observe dynamic state of retina, adaptive function of darkness was tested by luminous watch in dark room, and SaO2 was measured by ASC-545 hemo-oxygen equipment. Results Compared with group A2, the correct numbers of right-hand-left-foot-cross and left-hand-right-foot-cross movements in A1 group were significantly more (P 〈 0.01 ), and the dark adaptation time, significantly shorter( P 〈 0.05 ), and the level of SaO2, significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ). The retinal test results indicated that hypoxia extent in A1 group was lighter than that in A2 group. Compared with B2 group, the correct numbers of right-hand-left-foot-cross and left-hand-right-foot-cross movements in B1 group were significantly more (P 〈 0.01 ), the dark adaptation time was significantly shorter ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the level of SaO2, significantly higher (P 〈 0. 05 ). The retinal test results indicated that hypoxia extent in B1 group was lighter than that in B2 group. Conclusions HBO could effectively improve brain-body physiological functions of immigrators at altitude of 3700 m and over 5000 m, and effectively relieve hypoxia status.
