摘要 我国的黄海北部和渤海,每年冬季都要生成大量的海冰,对舰船的航行和海上设施的安全影响较大,随着此海区的港口和海底资源的不断开发和利用,使用破冰船、破冰引航和安全保障愈来愈重要。
