介绍了智能型地震信号警报和寻呼系统的原理和功能，并对系统的构成、原理、设计要点及硬件结构进行了论述，分析了推广应用的前景。
The principle and charateristics of the intelligent earthquake signal alarm an autopaging system are introduced; the constitution and design feature of the system described and the appication prospect of that discussed too.
