乳酸菌及其培养物对鸡致病性大肠杆菌的抑菌试验

Study on growth inhibition of pathogenic E.coli by Lactobacillus and its culture production

本试验研究了乳酸菌、乳酸菌上清液、抗生素及MRS对照液对鸡致病性大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用。结果表明,乳酸杆菌菌液及培养后的无菌上清液都有较强的抑菌活性,其抑菌圈的直径显著大于对照组(P<0.05);且随着乳酸菌培养时间的不同,乳酸菌培养液的pH值逐渐降低,对致病性大肠杆菌的抑制作用也逐渐增强。

Lactobacillus and its supernant,antibiotic and MRS medium were used to study growth inhibition of pathogenetic E.coli of chicken.The result indicated that Lactobacillus and its supernatant had significant inhibiting effect on pathogenetic E.coli.The diameters of inhibiting zones produced by Lactobacillus and its supernatant were larger than that of the control;the pH values and the number of E.coli decreased with the extension of incubating time.
