摘要
本文确定了以Atlantis dC18(150mm×46mm,5μm)色谱柱(Waters公司),0.05mol/L磷酸溶液(pH2.40)和乙腈为流动相,流速1.2mL/min,柱温30℃,激发波长280nm、发射波长480nm的液相色谱条件,用高效液相-荧光检测法同时测定9种喹诺酮类药物,取得良好的分离效果。建立了喹诺酮类药物多组分分离检测技术,为饲料中喹诺酮类药物测定方法研究提供参考。
This experiment aimed using the Atlantis dC18 (150 mm×46mm,5μm) as the chromatographic column (Waters company),and also filter membrane of 0.05 mol/L H3PO4 solution by across under the condition of adjusting pH to 2.40 and acetonitri as mobile phase,current velocity 1.2 mL/min,the condition of λex=280 nm,λem=480 nm serve as detection chromatogram,to determine nine kinds of quinolones by HPLC-fluorescence detection method.The result showed good separation effects and established quinolones separation technology,which builit a reference for quinolones detection in feed.
