Objective index for evaluating cerebral atherosclerosis in clinical trails

将脑动脉硬化症作为一个独立疾病进行新药开发缺乏依据。脑动脉硬化是全身动脉硬化病理表现的一部分,对脑动脉硬化的发展进程进行评估具有较大的临床意义。作者对于反映脑动脉硬化程度的临床客观指标进行了讨论。

It is unreasonable to identify cerebral arteriosclerosis （CAS） as an independent disease. The CAS is shown as a part of the pathological changes resulted from systemic arteriosclerosis （ GAS）. Evaluating developmental process of the CAS is clinically important. The author reviewed the clinical objective index that reflects the degree of the CAS.
